Michigan has an abundant supply of water. I've read that when you're in Michigan, you're not more than 85 miles from one of the Great Lakes. The one closest to me is Lake Michigan. I've taken hundreds of photographs there.
Most of my photographs are taken using a tripod along with a B+W 3.0 ND filter over the lens. The filter slows the entry of light into the camera. This necessitates using a longer exposure time which blurs moving objects, like water, but does not affect static objects.
My SLIDESHOWS page contains a selection of my photographs. The slideshows were created in Adobe Lightroom; the music is by pinkzebra. My PHOTOGRAPHS page contains some information on each photograph in the slideshows.
